Data Partners is an independent referral partner. We are not a buyer of data, and we are not an affiliate, agent, or representative of any company that purchases or licenses data. We do not speak on behalf of any data buyer, and we have no authority to make offers, set prices, or approve applications.
Our role is limited: we collect basic information from businesses that may be interested in AI data partnership programs, and we pass that information to third party programs for independent review.
Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee, or assurance of payment, acceptance, offer amount, or outcome of any kind. All decisions about eligibility, terms, pricing, and approval are made solely by the third party program, using its own criteria, which may change at any time without notice to us or to you.
Any dollar figures referenced anywhere on this site describe past outcomes reported to us or publicly reported. For example, companies have been offered $100K+ for anonymized data. Not all companies qualify. Past outcomes do not predict or determine what any other business may be offered, and many submissions do not result in an offer at all.
We may receive compensation if a company we refer is approved. This does not change the information you provide, the review process, or any terms you may later negotiate directly with a third party program. You are never charged a fee by us for submitting your information.
Our general focus is businesses with roughly 30 or more employees, though program criteria vary and are set by the third party, not by us. By submitting a form, you confirm that you are authorized to share the information you provide on behalf of your business, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for making sure that sharing any information does not violate your own contracts, confidentiality obligations, customer agreements, privacy policies, or applicable law. Do not submit sensitive personal data, protected health information, payment card data, trade secrets, or any material covered by a nondisclosure agreement through our forms.
Content on this site is general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or data privacy advice. Before entering into any data agreement, consult your own attorney and advisors. Any agreement you reach is strictly between you and the third party program. We are not a party to it.
